Thread: BCS Title Game Bama vs Notre Dame

The past few years Bama had Michigan won 41-14, Penn State twice won 27-11 won 24-3, Virgina Tech won 34-24, Clemson won 34-10

Bowl Games... Michigan State won 49-7, Texas won 37-21

Hell LSU played Oregon won 40-27

So what else ya want? I don't think anyone was talking up the SEC. Just chatting about how shitty ND is. They have been asked to join several confrences and decline. Just like Miami and Florida State passed on the SEC and wanted to stay in the b-ball confrence.

And I am saying shitty based on what? Yes, they almost lost a couple of times, but guess what, Bama did lose, so did Florida, and Georgia, and... Shitty based on their schedule that is just as tough this year as the one Bama played last year? Yet last year that was the main argument why Bama needed to be in the NC game because they played such a tough schedule. In the end we will see just how shitty ND is compared to Bama, but the arguments posed by everyone here apply to just about any other school any other year. They didn't play anybody, they (almost) lost to, they aren't that good, blah, blah, blah...

Don't care for either team, but I'll be pulling for Notre Shame purely off principle. I hate bama and the band wagon tide that rolls with it. They have a great football program no doubt, they have been at the top of the charts for awhile now, so Ill root for the underdog team this time around. Also, the fact 99% of you southerners hate Notre Lame I'm doing just to be spiteful

I don't think anyone here used the word "shitty" when talking about ND. They are a good team you can't deny that but I don't believe they deserve to be in the NC. I think they are BCS worthy maybe but hey that's why we all want a playoff right?

I sure hope 'Bama beats the hell out of Notre Dame. If they do, we'll be the only team to have beaten the National Champions and the SEC will have another MNC and Heisman in the same year.
