    You get billed after you've cancelled a service

    So, when I was sent on med leave, I, for obvious reasons, cancelled my internet in Ruston. I was told that I would be sent a refund since I wouldn't have used the entire month. I thought that was great. Queue today. I noticed a fee for December (I have it set up to auto pay). I also noticed that I, for some reason, have a fee in non-multiples of my bill.

    Digging through the statements online is a freaking nightmare. They aren't itemized. There are barely any labels.

    Reasons like this are why i dont have automatic bill pay set up for anything cept my gym membership, and even that is on a credit card.

    Gah, nah I have a credit with them. Going to take a month for them to send it back.
