I think PA is a no fault state.

If the frames bent, more then likely they will total it, its not worth the money and work, Also judging by my dads infinity that they totaled last year, (QX4) They should total this. My sister rearended some dude and the infinity looked like alls it needed was a new bumper, Once they got into the nitty gritty and saw the headlights were trashed they totaled the truck.

The cost has to exceed 75% of the vehicles value to total it. With it being an 2012 that could go either way for the cost of parts. If the last few years used the same part costs will be low. If its been redesigned in some way costs are higher. That vehicle most likely has a k member frame in the front which is replaceable. However if there is frame damage it is most likely minor. In most cases with those cars the nose bends downward when the frame is bent where his still looks straight. The bumper arms absorbed the bulk of the blow like they were intended to and they can collapse quite a bit before the frame receives an impact. My best guess by the picture damage is around 4500. Which they will most likely repair but like i said it a guess.
