LOL yeah i've heard something along those lines before. I chose plum purple first because i like purple but what helped make the decision is of the buddies i had that also built engines ford blue, hugger orange, red, and black were all spoken for. So it worked out for me because i could not find crazy purple (the old hemi color) but i could find plum which was close enough.

It looked sharp up close. With the purple neons under my car it looks pretty sharp.

Last year.

An engine i built 3 years ago that oddly enough is still sitting on the same engine stand waiting for me to buy it a home.

The engine i built in 02 i believe with a car i bought for 650 bucks. That car was a trip. 8 grand in the drive train sitting in a car i refused to spend any more money then necessary. Every time i went somewhere and popped the hood people would just stare at the engine then the car then the engine. Made quite i bit of money with that car. Proof people are still stupid. The paint never made the car faster.

Wait why does the e-mail say the older lady said "we didn't have the green thing," then the rest of the way say it was the clerk that said that? (I wouldn't be surprised if there were more holes in it, but not really caring enough to look)

What? Its from the old ladies perspective, the lady says we didnt have that green thing at the start because green is what everyone did. Then there was like 20 years were we went the exact opposite and had to come up with the term "living green". So the clerk says old people fucked up the planet then the rest is showing how people lived in a fashion that didnt make a huge carbon footprint.

Like 98% of these kinds of stories its probably someone heard or thought of and then decided to make a list of how its wrong in a story like fashion cause the internet loves people getting their comeuppance and being proven stupid.
