Thread: Greetings from Bahrain!

Hey everyone!

I know it's been a while but I figured I would check in and say hello. Life out here on the Minesweeper is absolutely crazy, and sometimes I find myself hating life, but overall it's pretty damn spectacular. It's quite nice to actually be doing something that makes a difference and being underway is something that I enjoy way more than I should (especially considering I have a 5 hour watch every 10 hours).

In addition to Bahrain, I've not been to Djibouti Africa (really not very pretty) and Fujairah. Even if I didn't see much it's pretty exciting to say I've been to yet another continent, even if it was only for a day at a time. I'm nearing the tail end of this deployment and getting excited to spend some time in San Diego (only 4 months until I redeploy for another 6 or 7 months though). Which also means yet another QC that I will be missing .

I've missed all of you and the fun times on the servers and I hope to get some play time while I'm between deployments. Hope it's all going well for you all, and happy New Year!
