Re: Construction Faux Brick Wallpaper Advice
Nothing is going to be easy to ship because of what everything weighs for doing that type of work. That is unless you go fack with the foam stuff they have. Everything else will probably be expensive as shit to ship. That being said i always liked the look of stone on the exteriors of building providing its a good looking stone to begin with. You get the right one and it can be rustic and elegant at the same time. What i do recommend if you go with a stone do not go with large grout lines. That always looks like shit.
I dont know the weather you have down there but if its like florida to pass code you need to anchor a wire mess to the area first ie chicken wire type. The reason being is the wind from a big storm have the capability of separating the stone from the wall which in turn becomes projectiles. The wire mesh allows the mortar to adhere to the wall while encasing the wire. Much much harder to remove when installed that way. Which is why they made it code in florida.

Look on line. Look for "thin brick", "brick veneer", or "faux brick".
Three seconds with a search engine gave me this:
Pick Your Brick | AmbricoAmbrico
... and many more pages of people who want to sell you brick products.
There are videos.
DG mentions a wire mesh. Using that, or any other sort of lath, will help adhesion. This link shows use of metal lath:

Even though it's a facade, a wall full of thin brick will still be heavy. You'll want to assure excellent adhesion, because if the whole thing starts to peel off it'll make the people sitting next to it very unhappy. So I'd also want to use some sort of masonry anchor. This page shows how a facade of full-sized brick goes up, including anchors:
Installing A Brick Facade Over Metal Stud Framing
If I was scrimping on money, that's how I'd go: I'd look for used brick. It'll be nice and pre-weathered. It will have cracks and chips. You can drive anchors into the existing cement (cinder block?) walls and build the wall with the help of whatever cheap labor is available.
If I was the designer, I'd go third- or half-height with brick. That'd let me cap the facade with a narrow shelf that ran the length of the wall. I'd use reclaimed lumber and quarter-inch plywood to build a frame-and-panels facade above the brick shelf. Done well, it would look structural.
