Awesome but reckless, even if the pilot was skilled enough to navigate the plane with so much precision that he felt comfortable enough flying within 2 feet of a person, there is no way he could of determined how that person could have reacted. If that girl flinches and moves to the left, the plane takes off her head. Pilot should be disciplined.

That is unless it is a private run way and a private plane. In that case I don’t think the pilot is subject to any type of disciplinary action, he'll just have to learn the hard way.
