Alright, so I don't know how many boxing fans are out there. With ever rising popularity of UFC, many are calling this the fight that can save boxing. The biggest fight in 25 years, the Golden Boy, Pretty Boy, Vegas, an undefeated record, one of boxings most beloved

Even though I don't know jack shit about boxing. De LaHoya name sounds cooler so he'll win.

i'm pysched about it too, i was a boxer in the jr league for a while recenlty i've been doing martial arts. UFC is definetly getting big.

I'll take mayweather any day... my local casino is giving de lahoya 2 to 1 so its going to be a close fight but i still put money on mayweather.

Although de lahoya hits harder its not by much and mayweathers speed will keep him from being hit as much. also de lahoya puts himself out there with some of his haymaker punches that he likes to do. Mayweather is a fairly reserved fighter who defends himself well. He'll be watching for the inside track to de lahoya's face.

What I think is interesting is both fighters have been trained by Mayweather Sr. so they should know each other's weaknesses. This fight should go the whole way and will probably be decided by a split decision. No one will get knocked out.

i dont have a clue about mayweather and really dont care who wins but I like to watch boxing, a very violent sport

I like de La Hoya but I gotta go with Mayweather on this one. It is gonna be a close fight but I think Mayweather's speed will be a determining factor if he can avoid De La Hoyas hard hits. Being able to get a fast combination in will always trump one good punch. Unless it's a knockout blow from Tyson. Plus I think Mayweather will try to wear him down. Gotta get ready for the fight party now - so we shall see.

im not much of a boxing fan.. but oscar is a huge star here in satown... so i gotta go with him. hes really the only boxer i like.
