Re: Whats your day job
I just about had a heart attack just now... One of our platform operators was probing and checking EC levels in some tubes (simple as I can make it sound) and nearly dropped some equipment. He was lucky and it didnt take a 4 story plunge on top of some other workers.
I keep seeing a 90k piece of equip. shattering over and over in my head. I'm glad our Site Manager didn't see that one!

lol,
The GIs have a lot play on that slogan. The other ones too.
They say "Army Wrong" all the time when some Star or Bird makes a dumb decision.
When they have to weed the CG's grass, they sing Be all that you can be.
They are a funny group. I am a true civilian, never been in the military. This is my first time working around them and I just started a few months ago. Its a different culture. They are a great bunch of guys, though. I could never say enough good things about them.Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.

I know what you are saying gumby. My one-liner was supposed to be a joke about digital bits and bytes (0,1) and not "the army is full of zeros and army of ones". I hope my joke was not misunderstood. Folks who serve my country are heros in many ways. Folks who do the work behind the scenes to support them (you) make it possible too. Thanks for doing what you do. Joe
