Thread: You get yelled at for everything

I can not stand being yelled at and being accountable for a store I just got.

This is all the past management and gets blamed on me.

I am tired and having panik attacks and can not concentrate.

Hopefully, I will be fine now.

You gotta realize that it's not their problem any more. It's yours. So you need to correct whatever they fucked up and shit will smooth out for you.

My old boss used to do that. He'd ask why X was broken in a piece of software and even though I hadn't even looked at that code and it was the fault of the guy before me, I knew better than to go "because fuckwit coded it that way". Because it was MY project at that point so anything wrong with it was my problem from that point on. Just fix it and move on.

If the person did in fact "yell" at you, he should take a course in effective communication in business. It is much more effective to communicate negative feedback in a professional and non-hostile manner.

and this is why we have violent video games and internet porn just take a note for langrad and yell at people over voip or tenru and be bitchy over voip .... actually just get in a game with tenrou and troll him and laugh your ass off as he rages

I could see where that might be difficult to find good people. You want techy people but techy people are wanting something not retail... So you wind up with people that will SETTLE for retail or aren't qualified (techy)... I don't envy your hunt there.
