Anybody see it?
Now, I'm no superman fan, he's probably one of my least favorite... But Zac Snyder turned this classic superhero story into a full on sci-fi epic. Not even kidding, this movie is in a class of its own in terms of epic scale.
Were talking planetary destruction, intergalactic space travel, laser gun battles, space-ships, and a level of destruction I've never seen in an action movie; I thought I was watching star trek for most of it. It's not the best movie I've ever seen, but is has easily some of the best action in any movie to date. An absolute must see for superhero/sci-fi/action fans.
Plus, it has the most satisfying ending in terms of conflict resolution. It feels very complete, which is surprisingly hard to find in movies these days.

Re: Man of Steel
I have not seen it, but it's at the top of my list. I've always liked Superman as a 'hero', but the last movie fell well short of my expectations. I've heard mixed reviews from this one. Some critics didn't like it, but others, whom I trust more have given it great reviews. I tend not to listen to critics in general. I normally judge a movie by how entertained I was for 2 hours. From the previews, I feel like I will be more than happy for 2 hours.

Oh and for goodness sake if you are going to see this movie, go see it in IMAX 3D!!! True movie experience. I seriously thought my head was going to explode.
