Re: Car A/C ?
LOL its every 2 or 3 months. I have a commercial account so its a discounted rate plus the sale price. I think everyone should get a commercial account. 75 bucks for a license, set up the account, and save all year round. Just make sure you pay taxes at the sale so you dont screw yourself later.

Re: Car A/C ?
I had the same problem with my truck. The issue I had or what fixed it was bleeding some of the freon out (I know it is bad for the ozone) but I had just compressed air coming out for a few seconds, when the freon started coming out I stopped it. The air got really cold and has been for cold for a year now.
I had tried charging my system with one of those A/C pro cans from the auto parts store but apparently when I put it in I allowed compressed air in.
Good Luck, I know how this feels.

Re: Car A/C ?
I doubt they did what your talking about. I dont doubt thats what they told you though. Think about it for a second. If they told you everything is fine why did the system need to be topped off? And why would they give you free freon? Last i knew once the system is drained you can not put what you took out back in.
