Ramen Noodles!!!
I just found a website that gives a lot of Ramen Noodles recipes! I was thinking about you college people that I heard in the past saying that you mostly only eat Ramen Noodles and I decided to help you out in your nutrition and share this link.

Re: Ramen Noodles!!!
Here is some ramen I had not too long ago at Biwa here in Portland. This is the smoked pork-shoulder variety. Sooo good.Coyote Warlady liked this post

Re: Ramen Noodles!!!
I have mainly worked with rice threads, bean threads, soba and udon when making Asian noodle dishes. I have yet to play with Ramen except screwing around as a young person with the store-bought, pre-packaged nastiness for 25 cents a pop (that was 20+ years ago... maybe they are as high as a dollar a pack now). Real ramen noodles are much nicer. That shot in my previous post represents some of Portland's best. It is sooo good.
As a kid I used to make the Ramen and drain it, then add seasonings. Sometimes I might add diced ham, green onions, boiled-egg, etc. The goofiest thing I ever did with it was roll it up in a tortilla with cheese ... it was nasty but I ate it that way for a while.
In any case, it is a good experience to eat fresh ramen the right way; such as at my favorite spot in Portland. Seaweed, boiled egg, choice of protein (I always do the smoked pork-shoulder). The broth is so rich and good. Eat it up with some onigiri on the side...
