Stop asking for help from yahoos on the internet and ask a professional.
    Make the time.
but some of you yahoos are knowledgeable and give good advice but definitely gonna see a doctor since i have a ton of health issues piling up

The secret to life is explosives. What you've never seen is a story of a guy who plays with it every day committing suicide.

Although there could be something to the stories of accidental death associated with it.

    Re: psychology

In all seriousness stress can fuck with a person. You have to remember stress doesn't effect the body it effects the mind. The mind in turn fucks with the body.

On one hand you can shatter every thing you knew about yourself by breaking barriers you never thought possible. On the other hand though you can convince yourself your getting sick and you will get sick. Convince yourself your in pain and you will be in pain. Its all about control. learn to control what effects you and it can no longer effect you in a way you dont want it to.

Having an outlet is key to control. Now whether that be talking with someone, exercise, or what have you is important. The reason my uncles taught me to box was to have that outlet versus getting into fights all the time. Over time i learned heavy bags dont break fingers like palm trees do.

Many people discredit hobbies for what they can do for you. Its not just busy work when your using it as an outlet. I found baking for whatever reason calms me when my mind will not stop running. Boxing or just working a bag relieves anger and aggression. None of that shit is best kept bottled up. You'll sleep better getting rid of it and if people or certain people are the cause your best to remove yourself from the situation. Sometimes thats tough to do but the hard choices were never meant to be easy to do.

I made a conscience choice to remove myself from the bulk of my family because they were a major factory in my level of anger. Sure its tough for a bit but after a while you begin to see how your better off and how you feel better. Thats not because they aren't there. Its because the nonsense that comes with them isnt. Im not saying thats your issue because i dont know you that well but you need to evaluate your life if your under that much stress.

Dont get me wrong doctors are great for shit but pills are not always the answer. Sometimes the best answer is smacking yourself for not seeing whats going on around you. You say you have stress but it wasnt that long ago you were talking about a drug addict possibly recovering that your interested in. That doesnt help your issues. It may help her but not you. Being selfish is sometimes the best solution. Pull back and take a good long look at whats going on around you and then be honest with yourself on what is and what isnt your own creation. Then you have to make some tough calls.

Let me be straight forward with you in i know you want a female in your life but the ones your going to get in your current state are not ones that are going to help. Reduce your level of stress and get a better look on life. That builds confidence and females do like confidence. What you'll find is you'll start saying hi to people you dont know just while passing by and it wont be one that you felt was obligated.

My wife will vouch for how much i have changed over the last few years. When we met i was away from my family for about 4 years and she watched me go from that out going person to stressed out with chest pains where i would rather bounce someone off a wall versus giving them the time of day. Now im back to where i was before all due to making the choice to not have people around me causing me stress. As she would say im the politest grumpy bastard she knows. I can go from saying hi to everyone i see to making sure that person that didnt say thanks for me holding the door for them hears me call them a rude fucker.

Balance my friend its all about finding that balance that works for you because no one in here shares your level of tolerance.
