You have been given plenty of legal and ethical advice which you obviously care nothing about. If you want to take her to court, or if she decides to take you to court, then hire a lawyer, and good luck.

Re: any lawyers intthe house
I tried just quoting all of civil's posts back at you but the forum wouldn't let me. In going to blame that on Bunni later. In the meantime you keep up with this tired "it's really not about the money guys, really" thing........
......... but it is. It doesn't matter, not one iota, whether she is being nice to you or not. You owe her money the end.
You've been posting on these forums for quite some time talking about what computer parts are needed for your rig, about getting denied for credit card or whatever while trying to buy computer parts. Getting a payday loan for computer parts. Having am expensive coffee drink problem and other very random pieces of evidence that you are, in effect, bad at money. All of this while you owe almost a grand to a family member.
Quit making excuses. You owe the money so pay the money. Don't say "well in going to start, but but but she's a bitch and I'll just make her wait yadda yadda blah blah". Because all that says to the people who you've asked for "legal advice" (in this case an excuse to continue dodging a debt) is that you aren't serious about paying the debt in the first place and only wanted some external reason to help justify the internal reckoning you've already decided upon.
There shouldn't need to be any discussion on this.
