Nice touch!
Just thought up another one, I call this the SherPing-Burger
Good quality ground pork
Some finely grated white cabbage (handful)
Green onions chopped finely
Garlic
Cilantro
Ginger
Salt n peppa (get some Szechuan pepper to camp it up)
Mix together until you can make patties, throw on the grill (I'd use a layer of tinfoil to prevent disintegration)
Grab a Naan bread and make a "bun" aka grab a knife and cut them. Throw in the oven on low...
Grab a bun bum throw on some crunchy lettuce (or rocket - yeah thats right Kanati!!), drizzle some hot chilli sauce on that, slam dat meat on like a boss, smear that with mayo flavoured with soy sauce (dont be a bitch and buy cheap ass rectum juice, treat yourself to some pukka soy sauce and you will appreciate this!) lime, and peppa. You can add cilantro into the mayo too or some bbq sauce.
Throw top on and enjoy an Asian classic with a yank twist.
Bonza.

Damn this makes me hungry. Haven't had much of a chance to look through many but looked at the Kansas City (where I live). Looked good until it talked about KC Masterpiece BBQ. Anyone from KC, knows KC Masterpiece is trash.
Edit: Oh and slaw. f*** slaw, it doesn't belong on a burger. I think the Carolinas are the ones that put slaw on sandwiches. Not here.Last edited by Echelon; 08-19-13 at 10:46 PM.
