Really, there are so many possible lawsuits in that... And general unprofessionalism (the field of work can change that though)

For the first 7 years of my "professional" career, my direct bosses and/or 2nd level supervisors were mean, insecure, dysfunctional, or psychotic. This was in the fed government. I left and was amazed at the difference.

Get out as soon as you can. I wish I had.

There is a case there if its something that happens frequently. Just for starters it creates a hostile work environment. Civil suites have been known to be won for stupid shit like that. Thats why its important to pick people that represent your company well.

Hostile work environment as deathgod said. Also if an employee was female and that happened I'm sure she could claim sexual harassment (since fucking yourself is a sexual idea). Just saying I could see someone suing over being told to go fuck themselves at work. More likely an HR complaint (or many) if it is a larger company
