Ride the deuce to get from down town to the strip. Go for a 5 day pass at 7-11. It's will cost you next to nothing compared to a taxi.

There's some very high end shopping at Caesar's Palace... they have cool 'animated' statues there that perform every so often. Nice to window shop some of the high end jewelry & watch stores, even if you can't afford to buy.
