NOT that I want to see it. Please. I'm just wondering if one exists.

No, not for me. I am not old enough nor hairy enough for that yet.

That's what ice houses are for. Most of the time, they are pretty well heated and you can fish in your mankini if you want. Also, ice fishing has a way of leaving the womenfolk at the shoreline, so the Female Fun Limitation Factor is usually hovering around zero. There is no drunk like ice fishing drunk.

And it is pretty fun to pull a big fish through a small hole in the ice, especially when you can watch them take the bait with a Vexilar camera. If boredom sets in, you can grab a snowmobile or an atv and go scare the crap out of yourself for a while.......while still fishing.

Not really. You just need to know the lake.

For spearing, you use a dark house. Basically, it's an ice house with no windows, and one huge hole in the floor (rather than 6-8 small holes like a typical ice house). A chainsaw cuts a big hole in the ice (or several holes with a normal ice auger), and the dark house goes over the top of the hole.

I was in Nebraska last Wednesday and Thursday, it was 4 degrees with a -22 when we arrived Wednesday night. We then went to Minnesota Thursday night thru Saturday it was about the same but I think the high for the 4 days was 15 on Friday.
That is way to freaking cold for me. I like my Texas Winters even though we are having a colder than normal winter.

So, there's "tons" of snow and ice in Ruston right now. (not really if you've actually been out of the south). Anywho, near a friend of mine's house, which is near on campus apartments and the rec center, there's a parking lot exit that involves going up about a 30 degree angle. I should point out that there are several other exits on more level ground. My friend has watched guys in pick up trucks trying and failing repeatedly to drive out of that exit.
enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P

Simple lack of experience on what vehicles can do on ice.

I've driven 20 miles out of my way when it's icy to avoid specific hills and inclines that I think might not have been salted.

Krakkens and shit. stop tempting them.
