Thread: Boys, School and Video Games

This is a TED talk that I think most everyone on this forum can relate to and understand the gravity of what she has to say. Boy culture is not appreciated or accepted in public schools and it's setting is up for failure.

I fit into all but one or two of the "100 girl" comparison studies.

Rather interesting. I do agree with some of the stuff she says! We really do need to work on the education system...

I don't agree with everything she says either but it's definitely thought provoking. I feel that games like Minecraft are headed in a direction that is unintentionally beginning to fill the hole of educational games.
