Thread: flat tire

Ok, after calling around and every shop being busy as all getout. I find a hole in the wall used tire place.

Get there, they take it off, go do the soap and bubbles thing, (I already did that, but what do I know). They come back say there is no leak, but the pressure sensor nut was loose and so was the stem. They tightened both and now I have no issues....

the stem being loose, I might've been able to figure out if I had to, but no way was I to know there is a nut on the inside of the rim for the pressure sensor......

they didn't even charge me, I'll be going back there when calamity strikes again.

Hole in the wall places seem to be either the best or worst, never in between... Hmmm

Well, the problem isn't fixed. I think I may be going to the dealer after all (Just got some great deal coupons in the mail).

Lately I just fill up both front tires to 36psi in the morning and then I am good till that evening...... not the best solution, but until I can catch a break at work to have it thoroughly looked at its the best I can do.

Does your dealer not offer rides while they work on your car?

I blame this whole situation on the pot holes in the roads around here.....
