would be easier i go from anti inflamitory drops to dialateing drop to regular drops all day long

me too my eyes have always been my main worry health wise

fuckin doctors i went in 3 days ago they tell me everything has cleared up i said i still have slight pain in my eyes he said its just the dryness and what you know i wake up this morning my eye is red sensitive to light its fuckin back

Hate to tell you this, but iritis flares up all the time. We have patients that have been dealing with iritis for YEARS. It flares up, they use steroids, it goes away, and then comes back again.

When the doctors look at your eye they are looking for cells/flare, which are white blood cells/protein in the front chamber of the eye showing that there is active inflammation (this is an excellent video if you want to see what it looks like ?Cell and flare? in the eye (Video) |) . If they do not see that, they are going to start tapering down your steroid eye drops, at which point the iritis has the chance to flare up again. They would just keep you on steroid eye drops full time, but it causes other eye issues if they are overused used in a long term setting, so they try to keep the dosage as low as possible while still preventing the iritis (for example, we have some patients using steroid eye drops 1 time per week).

It's going to take some time until they can figure out exactly what dose of steroids you need to be on, and how they need to manage it for you in particular.

The other option is to just knee cap em

yeah they said if it came back blood work but i didnt expect it 3 days after they said my eyes were clear but im also wondering bout another doctor this ones a collection of doctores Albuquerque Cataract Surgery Santa Fe | Farmington LASIK Rio Rancho, Clovis Ophthalmologists | Eye Associates of New Mexico so its a differnt doctor everytime at the local place

also eye drops leave a medicney taste in my mouth which is odd

Hmm, I find it strange that you see a different doctor at every visit, continuity of care is generally a good thing so that your doctor can become more familiar with you and figure out how to best manage your specific case.

As for the taste, it is possible to taste eye drops, although most people do not. Liquid on the surface of the eye (tears, eye drops, etc) drains down into the back of the nose, which then drains to the back of the throat, so it is possible to taste them. Not a good taste

yeah they seem to rotate from my towns office and the big city office
