Can do Hulu+. Shows show up the day after they air (or earlier) and you can access all seasons of every show they have available. No need to record.
Last I checked, they have all the big networks except CBS. That might have changed though.

Site appears down or something right this minute but I'm going to assume you have a WDTV of some flavor. I've owned every model they have put out and love them.
I've tried others... Boxee, netgear, micca, roku, and probably one or two others I can't remember. And I always went back to the WDTV.
Well I've found a new one and it is PHENOMENAL. First one that lays down the smack on the WDTV and even does 4K ultra hd video.
Amazon.com: MINIX NEO X8-H (X8H) Smart TV Box Mini PC & Media Streaming Player; Android 4.4 KitKat, 4K2K Ultra HD Video, Quad Core Cortex A9r4 Processor Amlogic S802-H 2.0GHz, 2GB RAM / 16GB ROM, 2.4GHZ/5.8GHZ Dual Band Wifi, XBMC, True Dolby&DTS by
It's basically an android micro pc. Has XBMC as it's primary video player but it's running android 4.4.2 and you can install anything you want on it. The one I got comes with an airmouse remote control that uses RF and that's FAR superior to their IR remote. I also paired my bluetooth keyboard that came with my tablet cover with it and that works great too.
If anyone is looking for a media player that will play pretty much anything and handle any of the major services (hell it even does obscure ones like the WWE network) then the above is the one to get.

Well, if you're in Arlington like it says all the major networks are broadcast (the ones you mentioned). Get an antenna, and run it through some media PC to record.
