I don't think there are any moose left in Mn. I know they don't issue licenses for them any more.

I was stationed in Fairbanks for a couple of years , between them and black bears they were the biggest nuisance. You could just holler at the bears to get outta the trash can and they'd haul ass moose on the other hand would just look up at ya with their best De Niro "You Talking to Me" and go right back to eating. Trust me when I say you don't want to piss one off their much more aggressive than bears they'll charge your ass in a heartbeat. And last but far from least never ever hit one in a 71 Pinto!!

Unless you are going really fast in reverse. A full gas tank will produce a perfectly cooked Bullwinkle.
