Some pain is good. It's an important message from your body that things are working correctly.

Some pain is bad. It's an important message from your body that things are fucked up and you need to get it checked out.

Sorting out which is which isn't always easy.

There's a third kind too, but it's the second one I think you should consider.

I don't know the details of your accident, but if you have chronic lingering symptoms then you should see a doctor.
