Man Keeps Drinking Beer During Arrest
Dec 26, 10:38 PM (ET)
MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Police say a man they pulled over for driving drunk continued to swig his beer during his arrest. Patrick Allain, 35, faces numerous charges after his arrest Monday night, the fourth time he's been arrested for driving while intoxicated. Police say he hit two other cars and initially refused to stop when officers tried to pull him over.
When he finally stopped, Allain allegedly continued to drink a 40-ounce bottle of beer, telling officers, "You can charge me with whatever you want. It's not going to stop me from drinking and driving."

The Justice System should be based on morality rather than a set law.
Ok in this day in age it seems that the United States Justice System seems to be the most corrupt branch of the United States Government. They seem to go by a set rulebook and do not look into what is wrong and what is wight. For instance. If a woman is in an abusive relation ship with her husband and every night see worries that she will not see daylight the next day unfortunately if her husband is threatening her life, and if she defends herself and possible kills him she will be thrown in prison for Attempted Murder or just plain Murder. Was it wrong for her to kill her husband in that situation? I myself don't think so and a person like that does not deserve punishment for defending themself. Now for a different example. Unfortunately in many states if criminals come in your house armed and threatening your existence and disturbing the peace in your home by rushing in with guns, knives, or any other kind of weapon it is illegal in many states to defend yourself. If you defend yourself in any way you will be prosecuted by the state. Why should a man be thrown in jail for protecting himself and possibly a family. Also same difference if you are walking on the street or just in a store and a man tried to rob you unarmed or armed, you can't defend yourself unless he is attacking your head specifically. Why cant a man or woman defend them selves and their identity against a criminal doing wrong things? Moving on. Take the schools. If a student is attacked by another student the victim must run away or stand their and take it. If the victim stands and fights for himself they consider that wrong. Again how is defending your self wrong. Even if the offending student is armed with any kind of weapon the victim is just supposed to run away rather the weapon be a gun, a knife, or any kind of weapon brought from home, or I've even seen students make weapons right there at school. Ok i will move away from self defense. I saw on the news one time where a criminal broke into a house and hurt himself. The criminal later sued the family and won the case even though he was breaking into their house trying to rob them. Why wasn't the criminal arrested for breaking and entering. And why was he allowed to just sue and win the case? Ok now divorce suits. And why can people sue for the stupidest things and just win? People sue for anything now and most of the time win. The worst thing you can do is sue for a car accident. the only way i can see you sueing for a car accident was if the other driver was drunk, speeding, or blatantly disrespecting the traffic law. There is such thing as an accident and people sue for it even if it was completely obvious that it was an accident. To me it seems that we need to ditch the laws and base the Justice System on whats right and whats wrong. I provided a few of many examples here and i hope that you will agree with me on this. We need to change our ways and wise up. There is no justice in our world, and yet it can be fixed.
