While not the first time I've lost friends and I'm sure not the last, this one still hits pretty hard. This guy had everything going for him and the whole world in front of him; if he'd have told someone or sought help I'm certain he could have turned things around. If you guys ever see the signs or are struggling yourselves, please say something; do whatever it takes to turn it around. I'm know I'm not the only one here who's lost friends to this, and I'm probably preaching to the choir, but it's easy for people to slip into the cracks with nobody to pull them out.

R.I.P Sooby - you were a good dude.

That really sucks man. Was this one of the guys who came out to last year's QuakeCon?

I know things aren't ever going to be ok when you lose someone to suicide, but I hope his family, you, and his other friends can make it through this. It's rough.
