Appears to be compromised. Got one of those goofy links wanting me to infect shit...

Same, I sent message back letting him know, and also reported to valve that the account may be compromised.

I contacted valve and they said my account wasn't comprised. Does anyone know the name of this type of spam so I can tell valve what exactly happened? I mean they should at least have the chat records and find it suspicious that I spammed people out of the blue with malicious links. I recall someone else from TPG having this same issue several months ago.

Don't know what to tell you. Change your password... make sure two step authentication is on... change your email password if you use that as 2 step...
