i bought Left 4 Dead CD Yesterday ..i try at my home PC..but show error message

..why?Plz Help me ..i want to play this game .

That looks like you have a read error on the disc. Make sure it is clean and there are no scratches in it. If you clean it all off and it still gives you an error, take the disc back where you bought it and get a new one.

Alternatively, if you can finish the install by clicking Ignore, someone could just send you the missing wav file and you could put it in the folder.

thank man..but i already play this CD ..first time installing ok..after unistall playing can't..my fri borrow this CD then Burning..it is problem ..?

If you click "Ignore" will it finish installing?

Download Steam, and use the CD key provided with the game. Simply insert it into the Activate a product on Steam box. It will take slightly longer, as you will have to download the files directly from Steam.

Edit: I just realised that this is the second time you're installing this game. If that is the case simply go into your "uninstalled games" tab in Steam and chose to download it. It's a bit more time consuming, but will work.
