oh I definatly do much better than every other I have played with

i wait to see if no one talks or knows whats going on and usually some idiot runs off alone, doesn't say anything. so i have to chastise them and take the lead. other times retards will think they know what they're doing and they miss key elements like, let's synchronize jumping to lower levels- the ones of which we cannot return so no one gets huntered

OR they say HEAL UP HEAL UP in the safe room and i bust out on them since the health pack shizz is SOOOOOO mysterious to everyone

Imo it's even more important to lead during regular gameplay - getting everyone moving (Together) particularily after swarms can often make the difference between getting ground down and wiping out or making it to the end. Also very useful to have one person who can give good instructions on what to do when a tank shows up or a witch is in the path.

Oh, yeah. Beat me to it. Sometimes we will be moving too slowly as Survivors, so I have to get them going. Also as infected, too, although there seems to be less need for leadership here... unless it's just general tips on boomer spawns, or saying, if we're all up at once, 'work around the boomer...'

Also, a favorite tactic of mine is using advantage of the pushback from boomer explosion/hunter pounces. Trying to get people to time around THAT, is really difficult, but feels great if you pull it off!
