I know this is kind of a dumb question, but... Are you sure the analog stick isn't wedged a tiny bit to the right? Try holding it firmly in the opposite direction for a minute or two.

i thought it was bu its not, even in online i rotate to the right.

Well im proly not gonna so splitscreen anymore so controller isnt a problems anymore. But i dont think its my mouse cuz it doesnt happen in any other game, or wen i pause the game. Just my character only rotates wen im playing.

The most I can think of trying is reinstalling the mouse drivers. Yes, they have them only way they wouldn't is if you're still using the mouse that came with a computer purchase.

Or try deleting the L4D local files and re-downloading them.
