    What kind of upload do you have from home? I would consider a minimum to be 1 mbit for that. Why? Cause I have some servers and they take up to 1 mbit upload and download. I've been getting on some servers that really should not be running lately, so I'd rather ask the question now than join another choked server later

    If this is on your home LAN, then the machine that is acting as the server has an IP address of 192.168.x.x, correct?

    And your server and the machine you are trying to play on are two different computers, right?

    Also, confirming...you are NOT able to join the server via IP by using the
    "Connect" command from the console??

    I would also make sure that the port is actually forwarded. Start up the server and then open up your internet browser and go to www.canyouseeme.org and type in the port you are using and click on check. You should get a green positive response if the port is really opened correctly.
