well i can only have 1gb of ram right now cuz my other slot its broken and can only have 1gb and i cant use a 2gb stick .
so will it run ok if i have 1gb and that cpu? would i be able to run this low/medium?

Hard to say. You could very well get real laggy when a hoard of zombies attacks you and the engine is trying to display them all. The official specs call for 2gb if you have Vista.

Try it and see, it probably won't be optimum, but you can probably play just fine.
