    Dont know if any one has been watching this but its really good, and its on PBS (omg some thing good on pbs). If you havnt seen it, its wrth looking up.

    It is very good, from what I saw.
    Saw the first part, decided I wouldn't watch anymore... they're too long, no commercial breaks, it's like watching a movie... I don't like watching a 2-3 some odd hour long movie every day.
    It was really nice, Ken Burns to the max.
    A major plus is they didn't leave out any of the violent imagery... I think I saw a decapitated dude when they were going over one of the pacific parts.. crazy Japanese.

    I'll wait for the DVD.

    ok i was watching it and well they showed a ship, bodies under flags and this guy walking through them. remeber this is real video. he stops looks down and scratches his ass. this was a sad part but heres this guy scratching his ass, i couldnt help but think is this guy still alive and watching this.

    Have fun paying $180 dollars to buy it on DVD. It is cheaper to just watch it now.

    I watched the first 1/2 of the first episode, and I'm going to watch some more tonight. So far its been really good, and tivo FTW
