Yeah, the real question now is whether we get all the servers transferred before sjt has a coronary and beats The Planet to death with their own servers.

the key to being on hold is to go in expecting an hour long wait and put your phone on speaker till someone answers that way you can do other stuff.

also, I used to work inbound customer service and their are a few tricks to getting your shit done quicker.

1) before you get to a rep. press 0 a lot and it will usually transfer you without going through the automated system.

2) dont cuss, be rude, yell ok, but dont cuss

3) ask for a manager, they have to let you talk to a manager if you ask to escalate the call.

4) also if you ask not to be transfered they are not supposed to transfer you.

they might act like they know nothing about your problem but they could help you, if they didnt want to let the talk time to increase. so say please dont transfer me or would you please help me and insist they dont transfer. if they then refuse to help ask for a manager. then do the same to the manager. eventually if you get up to a 2nd level manager, they just want you off the phone and can do anything in the system and you can get some nice freebies.

We are having to roll with the punches and not all of these gaming host have the high expectations we are used to.... To put it midly, they suck.
