I think the real issue here is with EA. My understanding of the question you are posing is that the players actual name is offensive. We have the ability to kick/ban the player for offensive conduct etc. but if his actual ingame name has passed EA's filters on creation I'm not really sure there is anything we can do. The EA Rules of Conduct prohibit player names which are offensive. You can report the player to EA here http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg...?p_faqid=11549 and see what they think about the name in question.
