Only 1 problem. Its was an open box and password protected like a mofo from the last person who had it. So i have the pleasure of going back to Fry's and getting exch and they are going to give me a new one for the same price my wife bought the open one at or I am going to go off them.

I already filed a complilant on their original website (not outpost.com) about them ruining my xmas to some extent.

Like spending 2 hours with the manufacter of the device trying to get into the server mgmt. information, but the jackass who bought it before change the admin user logon, and disabled the guest logon.
Well I got my new replacement unit. It works very well. I am going to learn how to setup ftp access to Network Storage/Server Drive.

First set your NAS server up with a static IP then go into your router and do a port forward for port 21 and point it at the static IP you assigned to it. Make sure the static IP is outside the DHCP pool so you don't get conflicts.

You may want to look into a dynamic IP DNS service so you don't have to keep tabs on your public IP. The one I use is http://www.no-ip.com/. Once you get all of that setup post your address so we can browse through your porn collection to make sure we didn't miss something.

I have one....haven't bought any HD DVD's yet...makes me feel cool just turning it on and knowing it's ready though.

and rock band is fun as shit. I'm going to get a mic stand, so I can drum and sing at the same time, like Hanson.

I got an HD DVD player from my girl's mom. I wasnt expecting anything so it was a nice surprise. So far, I have 300, Bourne Identity (which both came with the player), and Transformers (which I got at a ridiculous price frome F.Y.E. with a gift card).
