I find The Plantation the hardest finale (not including the Scavenge Finales)
Well thank you! You should try Waterfront, Milltown and Riverbank, you can beeline those ones pretty easily. In fact, Riverbank I beelined too well the first time and saw no SI, so I actually re-did it, and posted the one where I met two SI and took a little damage. Beelining is the key to a lot of the maps. Plantation, unfortunately, is not one of them .

I meant in finales. I can usually do the first level of each campaign on Expert Realism Solo.
The Shanty Town is rather easy till the crecscendo event as well.

Oh! You might try what I did in the finales. The first part is figuring out a decent way to do it, but then the finales take lots of practice. Concert was the worst for me, so much can go wrong in that map, and did for 6 long weeks while I developed the science. So glad it's done. I agree, scavenge are the worst solo, I'm taking some time off to rest up, but will probably try Atrium after that.

Incredibly well done video. I've seen some of your other R-E runs before and they were all very impressive as well. I'll definitely be looking out for your Atrium or Port runs, these are probably the pinnacle of difficulty in this game (maybe aside from some maniacal Hard Eight Expert Solo).

Thanks a lot. Yeah I expect the two scavenge finale maps to be the hardest for solo. Happy I'm taking a few days off now . Just read up on Hard Eight, probably will stay away from that mutation R-E solo :-O.

Thanks again, but I should also mention on this one, I had learned to expect a smoker "surprise" there, too many times I'd been hit by a silent smoker. So I really tried to concentrate on that even while fighting the CI in that booth.

Freakin' amazing. BTW I saw a split second showing of Coach's healthbar. LOL!

Thank you! I saw that too but never froze it to see who it was, sometimes L4D2 solo shows flashes of kicked bots' health bars during intense moments, it happened at the end of the Hard Rain finale too, and other maps I think. Where was Coach in Concert when I needed him, but I guess I was the one who kicked him

Turns out YouTube deleted my annotations . I had to put them back in. There are forward/back links to the other videos in this series, at the start and end of the video.
