    They'll dismiss it almost no matter how long it's been uninspected. Same with registration and sometimes insurance.

    I've had things like this dismissed........several times.

    One time I got ticket for expired inspection that had been expired for 14 months. Needless to say I didn't get off, but did get a reduced fine cause I got it fixed within like 2 days.
