Spray: file corrupt???

for whatever reason, when I try to import sprays to TF2 it says they are corrupt 90% of the time. any one know the magical setting I have to fix to make them work

I am still having this issue. I reinstalled TF2 and I have tried formating pictures to the size restraints that it recommends but get nothing in return.
Help please
