Forum Profile Question

Is it possible to change your forum profile password if you forgot it, but also no longer have access to the email account you registered with? I ask this knowing anything is possible, but how probable is it?

Did you make a qustion that you can answer? You know, those stupid things that they do likef Whats your pets name? or whats your mom's maiden name.

Only other option I can see is contacting one of TTP's higher up staff, and try to attempt to recover it that way.

Are you asking for someone else? Becuase if you can log in simply go to the Account Related Settings page, reset your password and while your there your email address...

I guess I should have clarified that. It is not for me since I am logged in, and posting, but another player. He created an account, forgot his PW, tried everything he could think of, tried the reset, but never got the email. Can the account be reset or deleted, so he can recreate it, by a high admin?

Yes, a red name should be able to do one of several of those things, though youll need to wait for their response as to how to proceed
