I'm pretty much the same way. But it works because my phone has a QWERTY on it, so it's no problem typing full sentences for me.

my phone has full qwerty! love it, I think it is funny I get txts from my mother like "when do u have time 2 get ur sis?" I had to retype that a few times to make it right, haha habbits die hard.
