Agreed with the above - unless there's any kind of evidence, we really can't take any action. Most people now have access to either a phone or some device that's capable of recording low-quality video - combine that with instances of actual out-and-out cheating being fairly rare, and the chances of someone cheating AND there not being a single person on the opposition team (or their own, because obviously if someone's cheating on your team, they're going to get all of you disqualified) capable of recording it in some fashion are slim enough that I think we'll be able to live with it.

Of course, if someone has a better idea, I'm all ears.
