I stay up until 4 regularly on the weekends and my feet always feel cold and damp past midnight. No matter shoes, socks, slippers anything.

Happens to my hands, too. I don't get the damp part, but by time I'm done gaming, my fingers and toes are frozen solid.

Poor blood circulation while sitting down, I guess.

Slow or poor circulation would be part of the problem I would say. Get a better chair or maybe put on sweat pants or something loose and comfortable. I have some of that issue also if I am in a pair of jeans with a belt. Its like they shut down the blood flow when I have been sitting to long.

As far as damp, maybe you need to quit playing F.E.A.R. with the lights out, because you could be pissing down your leg and not knowing it.
