While I think Hard Eight is more difficult, Special Delivery would definitely be my favorite.
Ton of special infected, coming from everywhere.

Least favorite: 4 jockey thing
Stupid gnome healer
Tank- not really a fan, you just sit in front of a door or ladder

Special delivery experience- We were approaching the Swamp Fever lvl 2 safe room. There is one tree next to it and all 10 spawned behind it at the same time. :rofl:

I hate hate hate the jockey one. I love jockeys but that was just horrific.

My favourite is weirdly Flu Season, if we don't count Realism Versus. I don't know... I just found it so much fun. Joint favourites are LMoE and the Last Gunman one.

Mutations I like: Versus Survival, Realism Versus (if it counts), Last Man on Earth, Hard Eight, Bleedout Versus, Special Delivery, Follow the Liter and my favorite Healthpackalypse.

Mutations I find completely laughable: Room for One (only 1 person can make it to the rescue vehicle). Survival fog (can't remember what it was actually called). Super-speedy-Jockey-versus-piece-of-crap. Probably some more but I must have mental repressed them.

I'd really like it if the top rated 10 or whatever were made permanent but it'd probably turn out to be Chainsaw Massacre and Gnome whatever...

Also it'd be cool if mutations could be played in campaign and versus, for example Hunting Party, really dull in campaign because bots are incapable of syncing attacks (even if there are 10 special infected bots chances are they aren't going to cause much trouble for a competent team) but if it also had a versus option it could make for some interesting games.
