    Well I'm afraid that even if you could get it started, you would not be able to play it. Your RAM and your video card do not meet the minimum specs. The "n/a" for the Processor doesn't sound good either.

    I recommend you a) Get L4D2 on Xbox 360 or b) Upgrade your PC so you meet the recommended requirements for L4D2.
