I was joking and than received a lecture on what constitutes an invasion of privacy and than I am butthurt? No.

Ironic how the first time I was active here, I introduced myself than got told-off for posting my opinion that I liked Call of Duty Zombies... than an Admin finally decided to show up and tell them to take it easy, so I congratulated that Admin for being a good staff member, than my post was deleted. Why?

So I took a break from this site and just logged on again today. I post a few times, one of which was a joke, here, and than get told off. Than I joke again and get told of further. Than I state that both posts were jokes, and than receive the accusation of being "butthurt".

I own two websites, one a large Zombies clan and the number one thing I make certain of doing is making EACH AND EVERY MEMBER as welcome as possible. I go out of my way to welcome everyone who joins, provide them with helpful links to important topics and offer my utmost assistance regarding any subject. I receive multiple private messages per day and try to make sure I answer each and every one with as detailed and helpful a response as possible.

My point? This site just isn't welcoming. The first time people have treated me like shit, I thought "Oh, it's a large community so a few rude people out of the lot isn't a big deal". A month and two days later I come back and the same shit happens.

Please do not accuse this post of being made by one who is "butthurt" or "angry" or "whiny" or "ranting". It's just a mature individual calmly expressed their opinions and expressing my personal experience on this site.

If I ever am any of the above, you will know.

I'm confused a bit TNZP. At no point did I ever intend to "lecture" you. Nor do I believe that I did. The subject is very near and dear to me due to Illinois' very restrictive and outdated laws and frivolous arrests where charges are dropped after the person is harrassed and threatened with prison time just so it won't go to court. When someone mentions it, being studied on the subject I start to discuss it. I LIKE to discuss it. And if someone doesn't know the law, I try to inform them. But never "lecture".

So if you thought I was lecturing or just being an asshole for trying to educate (anyone that wanted to listen, not just you) then I apologize. That was definitely not my intent. But I can't apologize for the actual dissemination of information.

As for the other stuff... I've only been here in earnest for a little more than a week. So I can't say anything about a month ago. But I didn't see any deleted posts. I noticed a link was removed. And to tell you the truth I'm not sure it's not going to get removed from your new post at this point.

Advertising another site/community that could be construed as directly competing with this one is not readily welcomed. You have to realize that a site this size with the traffic it gets costs money to run, and it was recently purchased which wasn't cheap either. Page views, posts, etc generate revenue. Revenue pays for the site, servers, bandwidth, activities if we choose to run contests or such, etc. If you owned a bar and someone came in and started handing out flyers for the bar next door and asking people to go over there, you would probably ask them to stop (if you were feeling nice). The same goes here. It's not personal, it's just business.

And how is advertising my clan competing with your site? You have a clan board... I posted in it, like everyone else.

Also, thank you for the apology and it did seem to me like you went a bit overboard in your response and attempted to make me look like an idiot.
