A Commissar is a political officer of the Red Army. They kept the troops moving forwards, and had the right (which was used very often) of executing soldiers to keep discipline.

Level 1 degreed Nuclear Engineer at Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant. I've taken a leave from that job though just recently now, to pursue an MBA. Working part time atm at Ottawa University, which is where I use to work and they are paying for most of my tuition. :10 Planning on getting into management at the plant with it...
