Thread: We've been hacked

We've been hacked, I can't post in the Heeeeeeeeeeeeeey hacker thread. Everytime I try to, it loads a blank page. I even tried just quoting somebody and then after typing for 10 seconds, the page reloads into a google page of some sort.

There are no issues with the site on my end.
Sounds like you have some extra spyware, trogens or viruses. Time to get to cleaning your PC.

I'm not at my home pc, I'm in the computer lab at Texas A&M University

Try another then cause the sites running fine.

Well, I'm able to write in the other thread now, I didn't switch computers, not sure why it wouldn't let me, really weird. Sorry for the scare..

What does hosed mean? It's hard to say which pc will have more problems, the home pc or the lab pc. It usually depends on what I'm trying to do. Typically, when surfing on the internet in general or browsing the TTP website, the school computer usually does much better. The lab administrators don't really keep the individual softwares to each of the computers up to date but I know there is alot of protection. I can't play all internet games on these computers as they won't allow us to download shockwave,

unioversity computer labs, just like workplace and school networks, typically have lots of filters and rules and banned sites (especially advertising networks). As well, the software on most company/university lab PC's isn't updated regularly, so things with flash animation, or cool programming (spiffy ads) don't appear normally, or look blank, or fuck of the page, or all of the above.

don't worry about it.

and next time.....also don't raise the "we've been hacked" alarm until you are more informed as to what you are talking about. No offense.....but it's not a term to be used lightly.
