Normal users should now be able to see tournaments and ladders, create a team (1), join a team, comment on said ladders and tourneys, join the ladder or tourney... which I think covers it.

They should NOT be able to change anything about the tourney/ladder or be able to create their own.

Let me know asap if that is not the case or if they need any further permissions I might have missed.
